Job Overview Job Description As a Funder, you will play a key role in verifying applicant information, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer partners. Your attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and commitment to customer service will help drive efficiency and success within our funding operations. Key Responsibilities * Completing outbound and inbound calls to verify applicant information. * Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and/or personal information. * Data entry of information pertaining to the application. * Use of critical thinking skills to complete verifications within the targeted timeframe. * Build relationships for our partnered dealers, vendors, and departments within Avid using a strong focus on customer service. Skills, Education, and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual skills are a plus. * Experience in loan origination or finance (preferred) * Basic computer skills * Bilingual is a plus Other Requirements: * Must submit to a background check.
