Position available in a dynamic, growth orientated corporation, we are looking to hire a Funding Analyst in the non-prime automotive finance industry. This position requires a confident, outgoing individual who can work well in both an individual and team-oriented environment. This position is based in a fast-paced work environment, multi-tasking and attention to detail is a must. Training will be provided on our in-house computer systems.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous auto, lending, and/or customer service-related experience preferred
• Knowledgeable of basic computer systems
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluency in French is an asset.

• Reviewing documents such as contracts, bills of sale, insurance, warranties, etc
• Processing of loans accurately and in a timely manner
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to our dealer partners
• Maintaining turnaround times and targets
