ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an NDIS background with plans, Rosters of Care (RoCs), funding categories and billing for new and existing customers
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work to multiple priorities
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Hold current NDIS Workers Screening, South Australian Working with Children Screening and Australian Working Rights
• Have completed, or willing to complete the NDIS Workers Orientation Module

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Funding & Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding, billing, service agreements, and funding records for new and existing customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong working knowledge of the NDIS, particularly Rosters of Care (RoCs), SIL funding and compliance
• Experience in service coordination, funding management, or billing roles
• High attention to detail with strong administrative and data accuracy skills
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively across teams
• Proactive and solution-focused, with a drive for continuous improvement
