Job Details Job Location: Headquarters - Arlington, TX Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day The Job The Funding Analyst is responsible for funding auto loans while maintaining the highest level of integrity. The analyst evaluates all documents, programs, and verifications for validity prior to funding the loan. This team member interfaces and provides superior customer service to internal and external customers (i.e., credit center personnel, automobile dealers, loan applicants, etc.). What You’ll Do Communicate with originators, sales, titles, and leadership on loan funding statuses. Manage relationships with originators. Maintain accurate records of all loan funding activities. Accountable for managing the auto loan origination process from application review through funding. Ensures adherence to internal policy and external regulations. Supports respectful applicant and dealer experiences throughout the origination funding process. Identifies processes and control improvements; communicates findings to the respective manager. Assists with questions, calls, emails, faxes, and is an overall go-to person for funding analysts. Assists with handling of manager queue and escalated issues on pending contracts. Other projects and duties as assigned. Are You A Fit? What You Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of auto originations/funding experience. Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Intermediate to advanced typing and data entry processing skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as a team member. Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed. Physical Requirements Frequent but minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
