Are you ready to make a genuine impact in the lives of children and families who need it most? East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a motivated, organised and creative Senior Individual Giving Officer to help us grow and engage our community of supporters.
This is a 30 - 37.5 hours per week role based between home and one of our hospices in Cambridge, Norwich, or Ipswich (with an expectation of at least one office-based day per week, flexible to business needs). You’ll report to the Individual Giving Manager and be part of a values-driven team.

Responsibilities
  • Leading our relationship with the charity’s lottery provider and supporting our Raffle, Appeals, Virtual Gifts, and Regular Giving campaigns.
  • Designing and delivering creative supporter journeys that improve donor experience and boost long-term support.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, data, and supporter care teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and continuously seeking ways to improve our reach and results.
  • Supporting donor care during staff absence to ensure high standards of service.
