As the Fundraiser of our non profit “much cooler than yours.”, you’ll play a pivotal role in securing financial support for mcty’s programs, events, and community projects. You’ll lead the way in identifying funding opportunities, building relationships with donors, and creating compelling grant applications. Your work will ensure that we continue setting self-empowerment standards for FLINTA* migrants and fostering intergenerational dialogue.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fundraising Experience: Proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, and/or grant writing, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Networking Talent: Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Funding Landscape: Familiarity with fundraising in Germany and/or internationally, including corporate sponsorships and grant opportunities.
• Passion for the Mission: A strong connection to the empowerment of FLINTA* individuals and migrant communities.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English is required.

• Corporate Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with companies that align with our mission, developing mutually beneficial sponsorship opportunities.
