THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as ‘Our Fundraiser’. We are a small team making a big difference. Our mission is to help good causes like charities, schools and parishes. We do this by making it very easy for them to fundraise with our fundraiser service platform (www.ourfundraiser.ie).
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will help our existing customers grow their fundraisers and increase the number of organisations that use our fundraiser service. This is a great time join us and grow your role as we are growing fast.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You will have the skills and experience in most if not all of the areas outlined below.

  • Prepare and execute a marketing plan to grow Our Fundraiser
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns to retain, retarget, win back and grow the number of supporters of fundraising organisations that use our fundraiser service.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns to grow the number of fundraising organisations and groups that use Our Fundraiser service.
  • Digital marketing, social media, content design and production.
  • Advertisement (online & print) – design and manage advisements.
  • Organise and exhibit at events and exhibitions.
  • Present our service to fundraising organisations interested in using our Our Fundraiser
  • Email, digital marketing, social media campaigns
  • Design promotional materials templates – e.g. posters, leaflets, signs, online posts, video, social media posts etc.
  • Supporter engagement and insights – work closely with customers, feedback surveys, presentations, analytics, data analysis, etc.
  • Market understanding and analysis.
  • Website and social media presence, manage and enhance.
  • Design and manage special fundraising events to complement our regular fundraiser.
  • Must have excellent skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Internal process management - For each of the above functions you will need a keen eye for detail as you will prepare and process plans, documentation, commercials, trackers, records, data, reports etc.
  • Must have full Irish driving licence and own transport.
