KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently, listening to concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring that all questions are addressed.
• Engage the public face-to-face at events, in residential areas, and on the street.
• Process payments effectively using Android systems.
• Build strong relationships with potential donors.
• Collaborate in a team setting with daily coaching, training, and motivational sessions.
• Train staff on company policies and sales systems.
• Represent our partner charities with exceptional professionalism and integrity.
