  • Build and steward long-term relationships with existing donors through regular and strategic engagement
  • Track and manage a personal donor portfolio, with a focus on timely follow-up and moving prospects toward successful commitments

Strategic Communication & Representation

  • Represent the Fundraising Office at on- and off-campus events, conferences, and key donor meetings
  • Strengthen partnerships by liaising with external stakeholders across Luxembourg and internationally
  • Stay current on sector trends by attending relevant fundraising conventions and forums

Internal Coordination & Collaboration

  • Facilitate connections between the University’s internal stakeholders and corporate donors/prospects, helping to align mutual interests and build meaningful partnerships
  • Foster productive working relationships with colleagues across the University—particularly within academic and administrative teams
  • Support researchers in the preparation of tailored proposals

Operational & Team Contributions

  • Support the Head of Fundraising and rest of the team in the development and implementation of campaign strategies and long-term fundraising plans
