ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate corporate growth by managing the company task list across numerous disciplines including: corporate and legal administration, HR, marketing, sales, fundraising, investor relations, business development, and product development. *
  • SEO and Social Media Advertising - Assist with social media advertising campaigns and monitoring of the social media presence. Assist and facilitate with the design and strategy of these initiatives. Assist with team coordination so as to effectively facilitate marketing campaigns and the wider company marketing strategy.*
  • Propeterra Estate Agency Business Development - Assist with real estate new client instructions, marketing, uploading and creating marketing materials and advertising campaigns, to facilitate sales to further assist with the development of the estate agency function within Propeterra. Help grow the business. *
  • Provide full range of organizational and business support to the CEO within his family office environment, as well as across the three main entities he is responsible for including Asia Pacific Investment Partners, Mongolian Metals Corp. and Centreville Partners Ltd. (Propeterra). For Mongolian Metals and APIP this assistance will primarily take the form of legal support. *
  • Manage CEO’s calendar and arrange for meetings & appointments, coordinate all necessary business & personal travel logistics, set up zoom, teams, slack, google meet calls and at time participate and facilitate. Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, both incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls, *
  • Organization and Administration - Organize and maintain filing system within Google Drive and storage of confidential documents, take ownership of Jira application, Slack administration, Confluence, Bitbucket applications as well as the primary method of managing the growth of the Company, that being the MVP Project Google Sheet and the Propeterra Administration Google Sheet.*
  • Agile Scrum Master - Be the central communicator and organizer for a disparate group of employees, interns, consultants and advisors, and assist and facilitate increased communication amongst the group. Manage KPI dashboards within JIRA and Google Sheets to ensure the company is making progress towards the successful completion of the Minimum Viable Product, and is achieving client project goals. *
  • Fundraising - Help the CEO with the fundraising initiatives by managing the demand book and facilitating communication and follow up by sending pitch decks, video presentations and setting up zoom calls. Assistance with the fundraising documents and accompanying legal documents. Assist with investor database management on HUBSPOT and profile creation for investor lists. *
  • Data Research and Extraction - Research on various target profiles for investors using LinkedIn, Hubspot, Preqin and other databases related to family offices, hedge funds, private equity firms and Real Estate Private Equity, as well as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds. *
  • Assist with recruitment and management of new employees and manage the recruiting process for the annual summer internship program. Create a better, more organized and thorough orientation process for new employees. Take over management of Upwork.com (in conjunction with the Product Development Manager) and the various consultants being used on a daily basis on this platform in order to help drive product development. *
  • Assist with company secretarial duties and compliance related to incorporation in the UK with HMRC, the PAYE system, and interaction with the company secretary for the company here in the UK, as well as the company secretary for the other firms primarily in HK. Assist the Cashell family office with the maintenance and compliance with the Entrepreneurs Visa, as well as management on the Sponsor Management System (SMS). *
  • Assist CEO with legal initiatives amongst other family office portfolio companies related to company secretarial duties and compliance, new business legal contracts, any legal dispute resolution the companies may be involved in. *
  • Content Creation assistance - Assist the content and data teams with the creation of Blogs, Videos, reports, dashboards and data scraping on an as needed basis, in the countries and regions where you have specific knowledge or interest. *
  • Client Management and Consulting - Assist the CEO with the client management duties and initiatives. The CEO may from time to time take advisory assignments with companies external to Propeterra related to fundraising, corporate finance listing processes, board participation and more. In these instances the BEA will have the opportunity to assist the CEO on an as needed basis. *
