DONOR MANAGEMENT

• Develop, maintain and optimise a structured donor database, categorised by donor type (corporate/individual, active/passive, lapsed etc).
• Serve as the main liaison for donor communication, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up coordination.
• Proactively seek and grow new corporate donor partnerships; initiate and execute programmes to drive corporate funding.
• Engage existing top corporate donors to foster long-term support.
• Generate monthly donor reports, segmented by donor category and engagement levels.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and event management
• Experience in raising funds for non-profit organizations will be considered favorably
• Degree or diploma in business or marketing is preferred
• Strong presentation skills with a flair for writing and good in creating PowerPoint presentation slides
• Direct marketing experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independent worker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and cross-departmental teams
