· Act as the primary contact for third-party fundraising events.
· Collaborate with program leads (Adoptions, Foster, Volunteer) to support smooth program operations.
· Provide backup support for adoptions and fosters when needed.
· Assist with reception coverage, donation tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
· Reporting & Administration: Provide high-level monthly reports to the Board on progress toward the annual fundraising plan. Prepare event-specific reports as required. Proficiency with the CanadaHelps Donor Management system is an asset.

· Post-secondary education or certification in fundraising, non-profit management, project management, volunteer management, or a related field.
· Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
· Experience in donor stewardship, sponsorship, and community engagement.
· Proficiency with computers and openness to learning new software (donor database experience is an asset).
· Physically able to work around all species of animals and lift up to 50 lbs.
