Description
Our Operations Division is looking for a Client Service Team Leader to lead the FundSettle Client Services teams, based in the Hong Kong Branch. FundSettle provides a single access to more than 145,000 investments to our 200 client families through a network of more than 900 transfer agents.  As the Client Service Team Leader, you will directly report to the Regional Service Director of FundSettle. You will lead a team of Funds Service Managers, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded while fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Your experience in client management will be pivotal in building and maintain strong trusted relationships with clients and driving client satisfaction and retention. Job Responsibilities: * Lead day-day handling of client enquiries related to the FundSettle Service. * Act as senior escalation point for complex or urgent client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Promote service excellence and drive continuous improvements in client experience. implementation ensuring service delivery requirements. * Manage, coach and develop a team of 6 Funds Service Manager. * Partner closely with Operations teams to resolve issues, enhance processes and strengthen risk and control standards. * Work with Commercial team & Product on client onboarding, service reviews and strategic client discussions. Your profile: * University Degree holder in relevant discipline. * At least 7 years of experience in Client Services function or operational function within Financial Services industry, with prior experience in Asset Management / Custody / Securities Services.  * Proven experience in team leadership or people management is highly desirable.  * Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English (written & oral), Mandarin is a definite advantage with ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best. * Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to summarize information and propose recommendations.  Why join us Embark on your new adventure at Euroclear, and work at the heart of the global capital markets. Responsibilities
