As a Funeral Director Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in providing comfort and support to bereaved families. Your compassionate nature and attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of our funeral services meets the highest standards of care and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer heartfelt support and guidance to families and friends of the deceased
• Assist in all aspects of funeral preparation, including deceased care
• Collaborate with our experienced Funeral Directors to ensure flawless service execution
• Handle administrative tasks with precision and care
• Contribute to our commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses genuine empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in MS Office and willing to learn funeral-specific software
• Holds a valid driver’s license
• Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and on-call shifts
