Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer heartfelt support and guidance to families and friends of the deceased
  • Assist in all aspects of funeral preparation, including deceased care
  • Collaborate with our experienced Funeral Directors to ensure flawless service execution
  • Handle administrative tasks with precision and care
  • Contribute to our commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses genuine empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office and willing to learn funeral-specific software
  • Holds a valid driver’s license
  • Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and on-call shifts
