THE ROLE: CASUAL FUNERAL SERVICE OPERATIVE

We’re currently seeking a Casual Funeral Service Operative to join our team in A Yeatman & Sons Funeral Directors - West Norwood. This flexible role is ideal for someone looking to work around other commitments, with varied hours and a supportive team environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support families by bringing their loved ones into our care with dignity and respect.
• Assist in preparing the deceased, including dressing and fitting coffins.
• Participate in funeral services, including pallbearing and driving company vehicles.
• Work behind the scenes in the mortuary and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Be part of an on-call rota (every other week, including weekends) with opportunities for additional earnings.
