JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Part-Time Delivery Driver to assist with furniture deliveries across the UK. You’ll be driving a 3.5-tonne van and always working as part of a two-person team, you’ll never be expected to work alone.
The role involves more than just driving. You’ll help unbox and assemble our furniture in customers’ homes, so a friendly, hands-on attitude is key.
An average day is 12 - 16 hours long, so your weekly hours will be fulfilled in 1 day.
This position is 14 hours contacted per week with additional shifts available.
Shifts given in advance so you can plan ahead. It’s ideal for someone looking for part-time hours with flexibility.
Typical start time between 4am-6am.
Working days are - Wednesday, Friday or Sunday
Delivery days can involve long hours depending on the route.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full UK driving licence (Category B)
• Physically fit and able to lift/carry heavy items
• Punctual, polite, and well-presented
• Don’t need previous experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver furniture nationwide using a 3.5T van
• Load and unload furniture safely
• Assist with unboxing and assembly
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers
• Follow delivery schedules and maintain good timekeeping
