Some of what you will do: The Furniture Installer is responsible for furniture assembly, reconfiguration tasks and functions pertaining to all types of furniture systems while maintaining high standard of quality and excellent customer satisfaction. Assists in training and provides work direction to furniture installers/assemblers. Specifically, You Will: Ensure customer’s furniture orders are installed and assembled accurately and in a timely fashion. Loads furniture orders onto truck and delivers product to customer. Drives to customer location and complete furniture assembly/installation to meet customer satisfaction. Inspects furniture for additional defects. Installs all types of free-standing furniture, panel and modular systems. This includes placement, leveling, wipe-down, and possible reconfigurations of metal and wood furniture at customer location. Develops team skills in assisting with project management. Follows all safety procedures in the performance to job duties. Some of what you need: Class 5 Drivers License with maximum 3 demerits Ability to read and construction blueprints and CAD installation drawings Available to work evenings, weekends and out of town jobs as required Team orientated Good communication skills both verbal and written Excellent customer relations skills.
