Moving Doors is a tech-enabled property management and flexible living company providing fully furnished, design-led apartments for mid- to long-term stays. Operating across Limassol, Paphos and Athens, the company combines hospitality standards with technology and operational excellence to deliver a seamless living experience for guests and property owners. As we continue to expand, we are building a structured approach to property product design, furnishing, and supply chain standardization. Thus, we are seeking for a Furniture & Product Development Specialist (FF&E) to own the physical product layer of our apartments, translating design direction into scalable, cost-efficient, and operationally robust furniture and equipment solutions. This role sits between Design, Procurement, and Operations and is responsible for defining and evolving the furniture and product catalog used across Moving Doors apartments. The objective is to create repeatable, high-quality product solutions that can be deployed consistently as we scale. Key Responsibilities Product & Furniture Development Define and maintain the approved furniture and equipment catalog by apartment category Select, adapt, or develop products in collaboration with suppliers Specify materials, finishes, dimensions, durability, and functionality Ensure products meet hospitality-use and lifecycle requirements Supplier Collaboration & Sourcing Meet regularly with suppliers and manufacturers (including in person) for sourcing, product development, and quality alignment Participate in sampling and evaluation Optimize for cost, quality, lead time, and scalability Standardization & Catalog Management Reduce SKU complexity and develop structured furnishing packages Maintain product documentation and specifications Ensure alignment between catalog, procurement, and inventory Operational Optimization Gather feedback on product performance from Operations Monitor replacement rates and identify improvement opportunities Improve installation efficiency and reduce furnishing complexity Cross-Functional Collaboration Translate design concepts into executable product solutions Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics on sourcing and stocking Support Design Operation Associate & Apartment Design teams with clear product standards and guidelines Background in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Interior Architecture, or related field. Experience working with furniture suppliers or product manufacturers. Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and durability requirements. Experience managing product catalogs or standardized product ranges is a strong plus. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to balance aesthetics, cost, and operational practicality. Experience in hospitality, residential development, or furnishing at scale is preferred.
