PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Confident in customer-facing retail or sales roles
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (or similar POS/invoicing software)
• Comfortable using Canva and social platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A strong aesthetic sense and creative drive are essential for this role
• Strong sense of colour, scale, and space planning
• Experience in merchandising

• Assist customers with furniture selection, colour matching, sizing, and placement
• Offer design guidance using Canva for mood and style boards
• Merchandise and maintain an inspiring retail floor
• Handle ordering, pricing, and stock coordination
• Support general sales and customer service activities
