Job Title: Furniture Sales Consultant
Location: St Helens
Salary: £24,000 base + OTE £30,000 - £35,000 (Base salary + commission)
Working Hours: Full-time

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers in finding the perfect furniture, provide excellent service, and help drive sales. If you have a passion for sales and great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 year of sales experience (essential).
• Furniture sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

• Welcoming customers and providing a great in-store experience.
• Assisting customers with product selection and offering expert advice.
• Processing sales transactions quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping the showroom well-presented and stocked.
• Supporting the wider sales team in meeting targets.
