Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion

  • Greet, engage, and build rapport with walk-in customers to create a warm, welcoming experience.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend tailored furniture and home solutions.
  • Drive sales conversions across multiple touchpoints including in-store, chat, email, and phone inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

2. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & SOLUTION SELLING

  • Develop deep knowledge of IUIGA’s furniture and home collections to provide informed recommendations.
  • Guide customers on design choices such as materials, color palettes, and space planning.
  • Confidently present solutions that balance style, functionality, and budget.
