SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team at Nationwide Furniture Mattress Outlet in Canada. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customers’ shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge, aligning with our mission of Trust & Value.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner to enhance their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and upselling strategies.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive sales environment.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with technology sales is an asset.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb
