We are looking for reliable and hands-on Furniture Set-Up Crew Members to support international events. This is a fly-in position, requiring travel to event locations worldwide. The role involves setting up, arranging, and dismantling furniture according to event layouts and schedules, often in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Stellenbeschreibung Set up, arrange, and dismantle event furniture (tables, chairs, lounges, etc.) according to floor plans and instructions Load, unload, pack, unpack, move, and position furniture safely and efficiently Work closely with other teams on site to meet tight deadlines Ensure furniture is clean, undamaged, and correctly placed (furniture creates cozy and well operational space) Restore or retouch furniture, which has imperfections or needs to be redesigned (vinyl, paint, rebuild, reinstall metal sockets, etc.) Follow health and safety regulations at all times Support last-minute changes before and during event operations Qualifikationen Experience in event set-up, logistics, catering, or similar operational roles (preferred) Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy furniture Willingness and ability to travel internationally and work as a fly-in crew member European citizenship (preferred) English communication skills (additional languages are a plus) Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and night shifts Ability to work well in a team under pressure Good understanding of safety procedures Forklift driving license (preferred) Experience in painting, vinyling, carpentery (preferred) Zusätzliche Informationen We believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
