Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

Provide our customers with prompt, courteous, and professional furniture repair services, working closely with our internal support team to uphold the company’s reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visit customers’ homes or specified locations to inspect and repair upholstery, leather furniture, cabinets, work surfaces, and beds.
  • Inspect and repair furniture at clients’ commercial properties and warehouses.
  • Record all necessary information on company documentation and submit it to head office by specified deadlines.
  • Perform authorized repairs within agreed time limits and standards.
  • Aim for a high first-visit fix rate and meet replacement ratio targets.
  • Promote and sell care kits when applicable.
  • Provide feedback on ideas and innovations to add value to the company.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure repair supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Keep the company vehicle maintained and clean as per company policy.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by your Line Manager or Group Director.
