It is an exciting time to be a part of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Development organization. As we continue to rapidly introduce new products and enhancements, we are focused on delivering AI capabilities that will help customers automate and transform their business processes. To support that goal, we are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated technical professional to join Oracle’s Fusion Applications AI COE Team as part of our AI Agents initiative. As an Entry-Level AI Agent Consultant, you will play a vital role in designing, testing, and refining AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements, advise on AI agents design and best practices, and support the successful deployment of these technologies across various industries. Your work will have a tangible impact by helping organizations unlock new efficiencies, improve decision-making, and innovate through intelligent automation of their Human Capital, Supply Chain, Financials, and Sales/Service/Marketing capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals looking to start their career in AI technology consulting while making a difference in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. In this role, you will have access to leading-edge AI tools and resources as you shape how Oracle’s customers and partners deploy AI Agents within their organizations. The successful candidate will possess: 1-2 years of professional experience in consulting, presales, or solution delivery – ideally working with enterprise software or cloud-based applications. Demonstrated interest in AI and process automation. Understanding of AI concepts and their practical application in business processes is a strong plus. Outstanding communication and customer engagement skills; confident delivering presentations to both technical and business audiences. Demonstrated strength in problem-solving. Demonstrated curiosity in learning new technologies. Ability to understand, clarify, and translate functional/business requirements into practical, viable technical solutions. Analytical, proactive, collaborative and highly organized. Knowledge and proficiency in frameworks such as Flowise, CrewAI, Relevance AI, Langchain, or AutoGen, with the ability to build on Oracle’s AI Agent platform is a plus. Knowledge and proficiency with Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX) or similar enterprise or cloud-based applications is a plus.
