Are you a motivated and ambitious Year 12/S5 student, interested in a career in accountancy or professional services and want to learn through paid experience?
Discover your future career choices, learn more about our profession and enhance your employability skills as part of the Forvis Mazars four-day paid work insight programme.
About the opportunity
Future Choices: Access Accountancy is designed to provide you with a real insight into working at an accounting and professional services firm.

You will get the opportunity to take part in:

• Business simulation and work shadowing – giving you a flavour of the type of work you could be involved in and helping you to understand the opportunities within our departments.
• Employability skills workshops – supporting you to build the skills needed to excel in your future career pathway
• Energisers and escape rooms – showing you the fun side of Forvis Mazars!
• Insight into our recruitment process with the opportunity to apply to one of our September 2026 apprenticeships.

This insight programme will run from:
Monday 7th April to Thursday 10th April from 9:30-16:00.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome applications from all year 12/S5 students and in line with our commitment to improve access to our profession we particularly encourage those from socially disadvantaged backgrounds to apply.

We are looking for exceptional candidates to take part, who are:

• In year 12/S5 and are completing their AS/A Levels, BTEC or equivalent qualification in England and Highers/Advanced Highers students in Scotland.
• Ambitious and motivated to join the world of work.
• Looking for a valuable work insight programme that could help you secure an apprenticeship.
• Interested in a career in accountancy/professional services and keen to improve your employability skills.
