Tasks
We’re searching for a future CMO eager to grow into the role with the right support and hands-on experience. You’ll start by mastering core marketing execution and processes, and with time, you’ll grow into a leadership position, driving strategy and overseeing our brand.

Responsibilities

you’ve worked across marketing areas: You’ve gained experience in areas like social media, ads, design, copywriting, and websites, and you’re ready to bring it all together.
you’re used to a fast-paced multifaceted environment: prior work experience in an agency, in a fast-growing startup or as freelancer is absolutely preferred
you’re ready to grow: You’re excited to step into the role of CMO within the next 6–12 months, with personalized training and support along the way.
you’re a team player: You’ve collaborated with small teams or cross-functional teams like design, product, and leadership and know how to bring people together.
you’re brand-obsessed: You care deeply about crafting campaigns that resonate and maintaining a strong brand identity.
you’re proactive: You have a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and can manage multiple tasks and projects with ease. you’re tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Airtable, ClickUp, Slack, and website CMS platforms (like Wix) is a plus.

The role is open to applicants working close to CET time zones on a freelance basis. It’s currently a part-time position requiring a commitment of approx 30 hours per week. Compensation is dependent on your previous experience
