• Permanent/Continuing, full-time appointment • Two positions available • Level 3/4: $65,896 - $84,002 + 17% Superannuation The Future Students and International Engagement Division plays a central role in showcasing the University of Wollongong (UOW) to prospective students and key stakeholders across Australia and around the world. As part of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth and Global) portfolio, the division leads a comprehensive program of engagement, recruitment, and conversion activities designed to support students throughout their decision-making journey. Working closely with academic faculties and professional service units, the division ensures UOW’s offerings, services, and experiences are communicated clearly, consistently, and compellingly to diverse audiences including future students, parents, teachers, international agents, partner institutions, and government bodies. The Future Student Advisor is a frontline role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to prospective UOW students across all communication channels. As the first point of contact for enquiries, the Advisor provides accurate information, personalised support, and timely case management to help future students navigate their pathway to study. The role also contributes to admissions and compliance processes, outbound engagement activities, recruitment events, and the ongoing development of knowledge resources that support high-quality service delivery. This position is student-facing, dynamic, and integral to shaping the first impressions and experiences of future UOW learners.
