You’ll play a vital role in shaping the experience of early careers talent across the business. What you’ll be doing: Coordinating assessment centres and managing logistics for assessors and candidates Managing the Future Talent mailbox and ensuring timely, professional communication Planning and delivering attraction and outreach events with internal and external partners Representing Legal & General at events, inductions and training sessions Administering finance processes including purchase orders, invoices and expenses Supporting project workstreams and contributing to team-wide initiatives Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted point of contact Designing and delivering engaging skills sessions that promote inclusive opportunities Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Experience in administrative or coordination roles with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel and Teams A collaborative approach with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment A commitment to fairness, inclusion and positive outcomes for all Confidence in representing the organisation at internal and external events Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
