Team/Role Overview This is an entry-level role within the futures team in Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing & welcoming team, who directly interact numerous areas of the bank, including front office trading. This role is focused primarily on trade clearing at numerous EU and UK Clearing houses (CCPs) – ensuring that the books and records of the firm are kept in line with what is cleared in the real world. The successful candidate will receive supportive training and a personal development plan to help them succeed within this role and develop their career at Citi. What you will do: Working with exchange traded derivatives (ETD) ensuring trades clear in good time Liaise with internal stakeholders to collectively create a best in class offering for our clients Maintain and update static data where needed Utilize your fresh perspective to suggest process improvements What we will need from you: Previous relevant experience preferable but not essential Fundamental understanding of treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment Demonstrated knowledge of macros Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Effective analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail What we can offer you We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
