Job Description Strategic Wealth Advisory: Design and deliver comprehensive wealth strategies covering investments, portfolio diversification, legacy and protection planning, supported by advanced portfolio analytics and asset allocation frameworks. Client Engagement & Acquisition: Lead high‑impact client conversations, identify growth opportunities and drive new‑to‑wealth acquisition through client events and strategic collaborations. Product & Solutions Advisory: Partner with strategists, product and specialist teams to deliver tailored wealth solutions across funds, bonds, structured investments, FX and protection, ensuring suitability and alignment with client goals. Portfolio Management: Oversee portfolio monitoring, rebalancing and proactive client communications, particularly during market volatility, using analytics and advisory tools. Revenue & Business Growth: Drive wealth product penetration, share of wallet and revenue growth across target segments; contribute to segment strategy and advisory playbooks. Risk & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, suitability standards and internal frameworks, promoting ethical and responsible advisory practices. Leadership & Thought Leadership: Coach and mentor RMs and wealth strategists, deliver market briefings and investment outlooks, and represent the bank through internal platforms and external media thought leadership. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of investments, portfolio management, wealth protection, legacy planning, macroeconomics and market trends. Ability to build holistic financial roadmaps and make data‑driven, forward‑looking decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
