Job Description Building, developing and maintaining long term client relationships by drawing on your strong personal contact network. Identifying clients’ needs and providing them with appropriate advice on wealth management and investment solutions based on CIO/House view. Achieving net new money and revenue targets. Partner with Investment Advisor to implement investment advice in a proactive manner. Partner with Client Advisor Assistants to deliver excellence in execution for client queries and transactions. Working closely with the Team Leader to implement market-focused strategies as well as to meet quantitative and Balanced Score Card targets Keep abreast of products and market developments. Comply with all regulations, policies and standards, contribute to an effective risk culture. Strictly adhere to UOB Code of Conduct and complete trainings required by UOB as well as fulfil annual Continuous Professional Development (“CPD”) hours requirement. Job Requirements Recognized university degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management. Type 1 and 4 licensed. High calibre performers with proven track record in client acquisition, growing AUM and revenue. Solid understanding of financial services and all asset classes. Outstanding relationship management capabilities and communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Sales-driven, results-orientated and ability to work under pressure. Strong networking skills and an excellent ability to connect with people. Ability to control risks. Cognizant and compliant with regulatory requirements and the Bank's policies.
