Position: FX Country Manager Location: Remote within Brazil Employment Type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Formulate and execute market strategies that support wider regional or organizational objectives. Seek out and develop new business opportunities to increase client acquisition and reinforce partner networks. Hire, train, and supervise a team, establishing clear performance goals and measurable KPIs. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional departments (such as Product, Marketing, and Compliance) to design and roll out customized campaigns and initiatives. Track and report on key performance indicators including revenue growth, client engagement, and partner participation. Maintain precise and current CRM system data and reporting tools. Represent the company at local events, conferences, and industry forums to boost brand visibility and strengthen partnerships. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English proficiency (C1 level), both written and spoken. 6 to 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. Proven success in managing partner networks or affiliates at a regional or international level. Demonstrated leadership skills managing small to medium commercial teams. Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering results. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
