Description
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to own campaign execution across LATAM within a global FX / financial services environment. This is an execution-driven role. That includes coordinating multi-channel rollouts, managing localization in Spanish and Portuguese, handling approvals in a regulated environment, and ensuring every campaign goes live on time across multiple countries. You will act as the operational bridge between Global Marketing and LATAM teams, ensuring priorities are executed efficiently and consistently across the region. Responsibilities Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across LATAM aligned with global priorities Coordinate end-to-end campaign rollout across digital, social, email, performance, partnerships, and events Plan and support local brand activations including sponsorships, promotions, and events Manage localization of marketing assets in Spanish and Portuguese while maintaining brand consistency Support CRM campaign execution (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation journeys) Own campaign workflows including briefs, translations, approvals, compliance checks, and delivery tracking Act as the regional execution point of contact between central and local marketing teams Identify operational bottlenecks and improve campaign processes Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and execution metrics Requirements Fluent Portuguese and Spanish (mandatory) Professional level English 3+ years experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or marketing operations Direct experience within FX, trading, or FinTech environments (mandatory) Proven experience delivering campaigns across multiple LATAM markets Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email campaign execution (HubSpot is an advantage) Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel Solid understanding of LATAM markets (Brazil-based profile preferred) Experience in regulated financial services environments is a plus Benefits Fully remote role within LATAM Exposure to international marketing operations Career development within a fast-scaling global organization Structured training and professional growth opportunities Performance-based incentives Loyalty and milestone recognition Birthday half-day leave Collaborative, high-accountability marketing culture DE&I We value diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
