Job Summary: Responsible for providing FX product expertise and advisory support to frontline sales staff, assist in client engagement activities, and work with stakeholders to drive FX business growth and deliver an enhanced client experience. What you will be doing: Serve as a product specialist in FX and structured FX solutions, offering technical guidance and market insights. Support frontline teams by joining client meetings when needed, providing suitable product recommendations and clear explanation of features and risks. Assist sales staff in executing FX sales activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Add value to high‑net‑worth and affluent clients with tailored FX insights and market updates. Deliver product and market training to uplift frontline knowledge and support new product launches and client education events. Help branches deepen client engagement and strengthen FX business opportunities. What we are looking for: University degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related disciplines Preferably with pass in HKSI Licensing Examinations. At least 5 years of proven sales experience in FX products, preferably with relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients. Solid knowledge of retail banking and FX products. Independent, proactive, and able to execute assigned strategies effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with control functions to maintain robust risk management.
