As we continue to expand our footprint in the FX markets, we are looking for an FX Options Trader to join our team in Singapore. Our Asia FX Options desk is young, ambitious, and scaling quickly. Less than a year into our journey, we’re already expanding our footprint by adding new currency pairs to our options book – and we’re looking for a sharp, driven trader to help us take it to the next level. From day one, you’ll be on the desk, making markets in and managing risk across FX options. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration, rapid learning, and decisive action. As we expand into new products and regions, you’ll help shape strategies, improve tools, and grow our presence across Asia’s FX markets. What You’ll Do Price, trade, and risk-manage FX options across multiple currency pairs. Contribute to expanding product coverage by adding new FX pairs to the desk. Develop and refine trading strategies in response to market flows, macro events, and volatility shifts. Collaborate with researchers and developers to enhance models, execution, and risk tools. Share insights, challenge assumptions, and contribute to the growth of the desk. Who You Are 1-3 years of experience trading options (FX preferred; other asset classes with strong volatility skills will be considered). Deep understanding of options theory, Greeks, and volatility surfaces. Strong decision-making ability under pressure, with a calculated risk appetite. Analytical, competitive, and motivated to explore new products and markets. Coding skills (Python, R, or other) a plus.
