Job Responsibilities: As an Application Developer within Global Financial Markets, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Software Development: Development of high-performance, low-latency trading systems. System Performance & Resilience: Drive optimizations for latency, scalability, and fault tolerance. DevOps and CI/CD: Implementing and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software delivery processes, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments. Collaboration: Partner with traders, quantitative analysts, and infrastructure teams to enhance system capabilities. Requirements: Experience: 1-5 years for Associate and 5-8 years for Sr Associate Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java for high-performance systems. Market Knowledge: Understanding order management, and risk management. Performance Optimization: Experience in low-latency architectures, multithreading, and high-throughput systems. Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines. Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications Prior professional experience in FinTech, top-tier brokerages, investment banks, or quantitative hedge funds.
