FX Trading Systems Expert In a fast-paced and highly demanding market environment, a leading private bank in Geneva is strengthening its Trading team. This role is designed for true FX specialists with a deep understanding of electronic trading. This is not a pure IT role — strong business acumen is essential. You will operate at the heart of the trading floor as an FX Application Expert, working directly with traders. Your value lies in your ability to understand trading flows, anticipate impacts, and secure operations in real time. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time support on FX trading platforms Analyze and resolve critical trading flow incidents Interact daily with traders and front office teams Collaborate with IT / Development to enhance systems Contribute to projects (releases, upgrades, new initiatives) Manage and configure trading environments (UAT & production) Work closely with Risk teams on trading-related exposures Interface with vendors, brokers, and market platforms Drive process improvements and automation Profile – FX & Trading Focus We are looking for a high-caliber specialist who truly understands trading: Proven experience in Trading Application Support / Business Analysis in FX environments Strong understanding of FX markets, products, pricing, and electronic execution Solid knowledge of trade lifecycle (order → execution → booking) FIX Protocol expertise is mandatory Experience with platforms such as SmartTrade, Integral, Bloomberg, Broadridge Clear understanding of market, operational, and counterparty risks Ability to engage with demanding front office stakeholders Strong analytical mindset, resilience, and composure under pressure You understand what happens behind every trade. This position places you at the intersection of business and technology, in a high-impact trading environment.
