We are seeking; Experienced Glove & Barrier Lineworkers Distribution Lineworkers – Limited Opportunities With Pathways to G&B If you're already G&B‑qualified, we want to hear from you. If you're a skilled Distribution Lineworker looking to step up into G&B—this is your chance. We’re offering targeted upskilling for a small number of Distribution Lineworkers to transition into G&B roles as positions open. Based at the Canning Vale depot, you will work on maintenance of the Western Power network across metropolitan Perth and regional WA. What’s on Offer Long-term job security on a major WA contract Great pay + steady overtime 10/4 roster (Tuesday–Thursday, paid RDO Friday) Standard daily hours: 8.45, with regular overtime at higher rates Career development including funded Glove & Barrier training Relocation assistance for interstate/overseas candidates Pay & Conditions Distribution Lineworker: $56.00/hr Glove & Barrier Lineworker: $63.16/hr Crew Leader (G&B): $66.52/hr Plus: overtime penalties + $4/hr remote allowance Regional work attracts LAHA up to $385/day What You’ll Need Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent White Card Current Driver’s Licence (MR/HR preferred) High Risk Work Licences (EWP, Dogging and/or Rigging) For G&B roles: Glove & Barrier qualification and/or HV Switching experience Full working rights in Australia Comprehensive Pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening required.
