We have multiple opportunities for experienced Glove & Barrier Lineworkers to join our growing Victorian operations. Based out of Tullamarine or via FIFO arrangements, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering safe, reliable work across metro and regional locations. We’re also looking for strong leaders to step into Crew Leader roles — guiding field crews while staying hands-on in the work. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Performing live line Glove & Barrier work, including construction and maintenance of overhead distribution assets Working across metro and regional Western and Northeastern Victoria Crew Leaders will coordinate daily work, mentor team members, and ensure safety and quality standards are met — while actively working alongside the crew 💡 What’s on Offer $71.59 per hour base rate for G&B Lineworkers LAHA from $360 per day, depending on location Relocation assistance available FIFO arrangements available for experienced G&B Lineworkers Choice of metro Monday–Friday work (excellent for work–life balance) Regional opportunities on a 10 & 4 roster, Tuesdays to Thursdays. Secure, ongoing work with a respected industry partner Career development and training opportunities Next training intake for NZ citizens: 23rd March 2026 ✅ What You’ll Need Certificate III in ESI –Distribution Overhead or equivalent Glove & Barrier qualification and proven experience Victorian Lineworker Registration (Orange Card) HR Driver’s Licence High Risk Work Licences – Elevating Work Platform, Dogging, and/or Rigging Construction White Card, First Aid, CPR, and other relevant industry tickets Strong safety focus and teamwork ethic Leadership experience (Crew Leader applicants) Crane Borer (Peru) experience (highly regarded) High Voltage (HV) Switching Operator (highly regarded) Please note a rigorous pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening test will be conducted.
