We're also looking for strong leaders to step into Crew Leader roles - guiding field crews while staying hands-on in the work. What’s on Offer Permanent full-time employment Long-term contract with strong job security Family friendly Metro work: Monday - Friday Regional work: 10/4 roster (Tuesday–Thursday) FIFO options available Standard daily hours: 8.45, with regular overtime at higher rates Relocation assistance for interstate/overseas candidates Full training provided for experienced candidates Next training intake for NZ citizens: 24th March & 15 June 2026 Pay & Conditions Glove & Barrier Lineworker: $63.16/hr Crew Leader (G&B): $66.52/hr Plus: overtime penalties + $4/hr remote allowance Regional work attracts LAHA up to $385/day What You’ll Need Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems – Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent White Card Current Driver’s Licence (MR/HR preferred) High Risk Work Licences (EWP, Dogging and/or Rigging) For G&B roles: Glove & Barrier qualification and/or HV Switching experience Full working rights in Australia Pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening required.
