Key Responsibilities Prepare and record recurring and non-standard journal entries to maintain accurate financial records. Reconcile general ledger accounts, including prepaids, cash, capitalized software and revenue. Oversee the accounting and reporting for cash and prepaids, ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure accurate data recording. Analyze and explain monthly variances and fluxes. Assist with special projects, process improvements, and financial initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an emphasis in Accounting. 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. CPA/CPA Eligibility preferred, but not required. Proven experience in fixed assets, month-end close and account balances reconciliation processes. NetSuite / Quickbooks experience preferred. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems. Eager to improve/create processes.
