It's data and research with impact you can see.   In this role, you'll: Work as part of a team delivering process improvement and operational efficiency across Government & Parliamentary Services (G&PS), this role focuses on analysing business processes, identifying gaps, and supporting solutions that enhance service delivery.This role will see you research and evaluate current systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the design and implementation of process and technology improvements. You’ll assist with change management activities, maintain accurate documentation, and help build capability through reference materials and templates.You will pioneer smarter ways of working by mapping processes, analysing performance data, and supporting automation and system upgrades in a dynamic government environment. Your work will drive efficiencies, improve compliance, and strengthen operational practices across G&PS.   For more information on this position and business unit,  view the role description and information pack.   About you You’ll bring experience in business process design and improvement, with the ability to analyse and simplify complex information from multiple sources. A strong understanding of State Government systems, policies, and practices, including parliamentary and ministerial processes, is essential. You’ll be skilled in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and implementing operational changes in a customer-focused environment.
