Description

Overview You will develop and customise GRC solutions on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow), focusing on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support risk and compliance operations. Responsibilities Configure and customise GRC / IRM modules on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow). Develop platform applications using workflow tools, business rules, scripting frameworks, and UI customisation. Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Design automated workflows to support risk assessment and compliance processes. Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor risk posture and compliance status. Perform platform administration including user management, access control, and system maintenance. Write maintainable scripts, conduct code reviews, and implement unit/integration testing. Collaborate with risk practice teams, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into platform solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, tech sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Experience developing or configuring enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow). Hands-on experience with GRC / IRM modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, or Audit Management. Proficiency with platform scripting (JavaScript or similar) and platform development tools. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and system connectivity. Understanding of platform administration, security controls, and configuration management. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or relevant modules) are a plus. Familiarity with ITIL and GRC frameworks is advantageous. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
