Key Responsibilities Low-Code Solution Development Design and develop low-code applications and workflows to meet business requirements. Configure forms, rules, case workflows, validations, and integrations within the selected low-code platform. Build reusable components/templates to improve speed and consistency across delivery. Integration & API Enablement Develop and consume APIs (REST/JSON) to integrate with internal systems and external services. Implement secure authentication/authorization patterns (e.g., OAuth2/OIDC where applicable). Support data integration, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality and consistency. Search Integration (Added Advantage) Implement and integrate enterprise search capabilities for content and knowledge discovery. Support indexing and retrieval use cases using Kendra and/or OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, including metadata tagging, filters, and relevance tuning. Quality, Security & Operations Apply secure SDLC practices and comply with government security, privacy, and accessibility requirements. Develop unit/integration tests where supported; participate in QA/UAT and defect resolution. Support production operations: incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Maintain documentation such as solution design notes, configuration guides, and runbooks. Delivery & Collaboration Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX designers, engineers, and vendors to deliver features/releases. Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and provide accurate estimates. Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 4–7 years of experience in application development, with strong hands-on low-code delivery. Experience building applications/workflows on at least one low-code platform (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, Appian, ServiceNow, or equivalent). Strong understanding of software development fundamentals: data modelling, APIs, security basics, and testing. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and data integration patterns. Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira/Confluence (or equivalent). Added Advantage (Preferred Skills) Experience working within Singapore Government Agencies or regulated environments. Hands-on experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) (AWS-based) and cloud-native deployment concepts. Experience with enterprise search engines such as Amazon Kendra, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch (indexing, retrieval patterns, basic relevance tuning). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerisation (Docker), or infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation). Relevant certifications (any): low-code platform certs, AWS Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect, Scrum Master. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate business needs into practical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
