Responsibilities AI-Assisted Development (Vibe Coding) Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make) to rapidly build prototypes and working solutions Refine AI-generated outputs to improve structure, logic, and reliability for real-world use Apply judgement on when to prototype, configure, or fully engineer solutions Review AI-generated code for quality, security, and production readiness Guide stakeholders on transitioning from prototype to production-grade solutions Low-Code / No-Code Development Design and configure workflows, forms, and applications using low-code/no-code platforms Translate business use cases into functional implementations (e.g. approvals, automation flows) Configure data models, business rules, and process logic Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices SaaS Product Configuration Configure SaaS and platforms to support business use cases Set up objects, permissions, workflows, and automation rules Implement solution designs from discovery and solutioning phases Advise stakeholders on maximising existing platforms before custom development Ensure alignment with platform constraints, best practices Integration & Backend Implementation Implement integrations using APIs, webhooks, and connectors Map and manage end-to-end data flows across systems Handle data mapping and basic transformation logic Identify and flag integration or backend risks Provide input on system design, data flow, and architecture considerations Prototype-to-Production Enablement Support the transition of prototypes into production-ready solutions Identify gaps in security, data handling, and integration robustness Advise on solution structure, modularisation, and maintainability Enable teams to independently build and manage solutions over time Workshops & Technical Enablement Support workshops, hackathons, and prototyping sessions Troubleshoot issues and guide teams in real time Provide technical support across AI, low-code, and SaaS solutions Promote best practices for scaling beyond prototype stage Reuse & Best Practices Apply reusable patterns and templates across projects Avoid over-engineering and focus on fit-for-purpose solutions Document configurations and approaches for reuse Contribute to internal knowledge base and capability building Requirements 3–6 years of experience in low-code development, SaaS configuration, or application implementation Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make) Experience building workflows, forms, and automation using low-code/no-code platforms Experience configuring enterprise SaaS or GovTech platforms Strong understanding of application architecture, data flows, and integrations Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations Able to work in fast-paced environments and deliver under tight timelines Nice to Have Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow App Engine or Microsoft Power Platform Experience in prototyping, POCs, or rapid development environments Exposure to public sector or enterprise-scale systems Familiarity with Singapore GovTech ecosystem Key Attributes Hands-on and execution-focused mindset Strong judgement across AI, low-code, and full engineering approaches Able to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs Pragmatic and avoids over-engineering Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements Able to support live sessions and troubleshoot on the spot
