Responsibilities Service Delivery & Governance Own AMS governance cadence, delivery plan, and monthly service reporting (SLA/incident/problem). Ensure minimum 99.5% monthly availability and manage service risks/issues proactively. Incident, Problem & Change Management Drive incident response and ensure response-time commitments are met, with timely status updates. Lead problem management and post-incident reviews; implement corrective/preventive actions. Release & Delivery Management Govern pipeline/release schedule with DevOps; ensure safe deployments and change controls. Maintenance & Security Prioritise and govern bug fixes, minor enhancements, dependency updates, configuration changes, and documentation updates. Track and drive remediation for VAPT/audit findings and security patching. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders and coordinate cross-team dependencies for AMS execution. Required Experience / Skills 7+ years in IT project/service management (preferably government/regulatory environments). Strong experience running SLA-driven operations, incident/problem/change management. Comfortable managing distributed teams (offshore delivery is permitted). Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
