Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Lead the creation of product vision, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and measurable objectives aligned with overall business goals. Evaluate new opportunities and propose new product capabilities. Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features based on business value and customer impact. Define success metrics and continuously measure product performance and impact. Stakeholder Management Communicate product roadmap and strategies regularly to stakeholders and leadership. Influence decision-making and drive collaboration across teams. Develop short-term execution plans aligned with long-term strategic goals. Present complex ideas clearly and proactively address stakeholder concerns. Balance user needs, product outcomes, and stakeholder expectations. Product & Team Leadership Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, software engineers, business analysts, and delivery managers. Work closely with UX designers to define research objectives and organise activities such as product conceptualisation workshops and usability testing. Analyse requirements and contribute to the design or review of test cases and business processes. Collaborate with Quality Engineers and business users to plan and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and performance testing. Continuously identify cost-effective ways to improve product performance and user experience. Data-Driven Decision Making Use data and analytics to guide product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Define and monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to achieve quarterly product goals. Work closely with cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders to deliver functional products that achieve business outcomes. Innovation & Best Practices Identify and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance product effectiveness. Foster a culture of speed, simplicity, agility, and creative problem-solving within the team. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and align cross-functional teams. Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful products or features. Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to achieve ambitious goals independently in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Strong motivation to continuously learn new skills and technologies. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with UX teams. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of data analytics. Experience facilitating focus groups, workshops, and sprint reviews. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira. Certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is an advantage.
