Description
Responsibilities
Perform activities related to minor and major evolutions of the Ground Segment infrastructure.
Participate in Integration, Verification & Validation (IV&V) campaigns for the Galileo Ground Segment, focusing on software-based elements.
Upgrade the end-to-end integrated maintenance and troubleshooting environment
Collaborate with operations and other maintenance teams for problem management, system restoration, vulnerability management, and handling security incidents.
Investigate and analyze software anomalies, identifying root causes and determining appropriate resolutions.
Define and maintain workarounds and troubleshooting procedures for effective anomaly resolution.
Participate in Anomaly Review Boards (ARB).
Test and deploy software maintenance releases, ensuring stability and performance of system upgrades.
Generate and manage maintenance release data packs.
