Job Responsibilities: Responsible to contribute toward regular and efficient circulation of housewares, toys, and jewelry product in the store by effectively purchasing, pricing, and stocking merchandise. All duties are performed with a commitment to actively serve customers and employ the Bookmans Way. Job Requirements: • Provide exceptional customer service at all times • Sort and organize incoming merchandise • Price incoming product • Stock housewares, toys, and jewelry to shelves • Maintain pricing consistency • Maintain presentation on shelves • Maintain knowledge of current stock on hand • Evaluate housewares, toys, and jewelry (and other merchandise) for purchase at incoming counter • Explain and negotiate (as necessary) deals with customers • Maintain knowledge of current market trends • Perform other duties as assigned by management This position is Full-time (minimum of 32 hours per week) and Must have Open Availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and be able to work 5 shifts per week.
